Tiny valves in lungs offer hope for severe breathing disease

Summary
This study is tracking the long-term safety and effectiveness of the Spiration Valve System, a device already approved by the FDA, for people with severe emphysema. About 150 participants who receive the valve implant will be followed for three years to see how they do. The goal is to gather real-world information on how well the device works and what side effects might occur over time.
