NCT ID NCT07166393

Summary

This trial is testing whether adding the drug valproic acid to standard emergency care can improve recovery for adults with moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries. Researchers will compare two different doses of the drug against a placebo to see which is safest and most effective at helping patients regain function. The goal is to find a simple, life-saving treatment that can be given quickly after a serious head injury.
