Summary
This study aims to understand why some people develop severe, long-lasting forms of Valley Fever, a fungal lung infection. Researchers will examine the immune systems and genetics of 400 participants who have had the disease for over 6 months or where it has spread beyond the lungs. The goal is to learn more about the disease and the people it affects to guide future treatments.
