Summary
This small study aims to see if a gentle, non-invasive stimulation of a nerve in the ear can affect blood sugar levels and cravings for food or movement. It will involve 8 healthy college students. The goal is to gather basic information on how the body and mind respond to this stimulation, not to treat any condition.
