Tiny implant zaps nerve to fight arthritis pain

Summary
This study is testing a small, implanted device that sends mild electrical pulses to a nerve in the neck to treat rheumatoid arthritis. It's for adults with moderate-to-severe arthritis who haven't gotten enough relief from other strong medications. About 250 participants will have the device implanted, with half receiving active treatment and half receiving a placebo-like inactive version for the first 12 weeks to compare results.
