Summary
This study will test whether gentle electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve through the ear can help reduce belly fat in obese men. Researchers will measure changes in waist size, body shape, inflammation markers, sleep quality, stress levels, and gut symptoms. The study will include 60 healthy obese men aged 25-35 who are not taking medications for related conditions.
