First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tested whether a non-invasive device that gently stimulates the vagus nerve through the ear, combined with aerobic exercise, could reduce fatigue in women with lupus. Fifty women aged 35 to 55 took part, with half receiving the real stimulation and half a sham version. The goal was to see if this approach could improve energy levels and daily function.
