Summary

This study tested whether an herbal supplement could reduce fatigue in people with lupus. 59 adults with lupus and significant tiredness took either the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks. The main goal was to see if fatigue and disease activity improved. The results may offer a new option for managing lupus-related fatigue.
