Herbal blend tested to combat debilitating lupus fatigue
NCT ID NCT07398885
Summary
This study tested whether a daily herbal supplement could reduce fatigue in people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). 59 adults with lupus and significant fatigue were randomly assigned to take either the supplement or a placebo pill for 8 weeks. Researchers measured changes in fatigue levels and lupus disease activity to see if the supplement made a meaningful difference.
