Summary
This study aims to see if a vaginal gel made from natural ingredients can help clear HPV infections and heal early abnormal cervical cell changes (CIN1/CIN2). It will compare the gel against the standard 'watch and wait' approach in 70 women aged 30-50. The goal is to find a non-surgical treatment option that could reduce the need for invasive procedures and lower cancer risk.
