Summary

This study aims to understand how well women stick to different vaginal estrogen treatments (cream, tablets, or ring) to prevent recurrent urinary tract infections after menopause. Researchers will also examine changes in vaginal tissue and bacteria before and after treatment. The study involves 111 postmenopausal women who experience frequent UTIs and will track their medication use and infection rates over 6 months.
