Summary
This study aims to find the best way to relieve vaginal dryness in women with Sjögren's disease, a condition that causes severe dryness throughout the body. Researchers will compare a vaginal CO2 laser treatment with a topical hormone cream (promestriene) over six months. The goal is to see which method better improves vaginal health, sexual function, and overall quality of life for these patients.
