Nerve-Gut link in HIV: could stimulation reduce inflammation?

Summary
This study looks at how a damaged vagus nerve might cause gut issues and inflammation in people with HIV. Researchers will test a drug called pyridostigmine and vagus nerve stimulation as possible treatments. About 207 adults with well-controlled HIV will participate over 5 years.
