Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called vafidemstat in 211 adults with borderline personality disorder (BPD). The goal was to see if it could reduce agitation and aggression compared to a placebo over 14 weeks. Participants took either the drug or a dummy pill, and doctors tracked symptom changes using standard rating scales.
