Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called vafidemstat in 211 adults with borderline personality disorder (BPD) to see if it could reduce agitation and aggression. Participants took either the drug or a placebo for 14 weeks. The goal was to measure changes in symptom severity using doctor and patient questionnaires.
