First seen Apr 12, 2026 ยท Last updated Apr 12, 2026
Summary
This online study tested whether changing the design of a web link in a vaccine invitation email could make people trust the message more and be more willing to book an appointment. Researchers compared a standard, hard-to-read link with a new, clearer link. Over 1,200 people from the UK and US participated by viewing a sample email and answering questions about their trust and booking intentions.
