Summary
This study tests a new drug combination called VABu given before a stem cell transplant in people aged 60 and older with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if this approach can help control the disease and improve survival. About 20 participants will receive the VABu regimen, which includes several chemotherapy drugs, followed by a transplant from a matched donor.
