VA rolls out national test of new homelessness support strategy for veterans

NCT ID NCT05312229

Summary

This study aims to see if a specific, structured support program called Critical Time Intervention (CTI) can be successfully implemented and sustained across 32 VA sites that help Veterans transitioning out of homelessness. The program provides focused case management for six months to help Veterans maintain stable housing and connect to services. Researchers will compare two ways of training staff to run the program and measure its impact on housing stability and healthcare costs.
