Summary
This study tested a new 'Relational Playbook' designed to help cardiology team leaders create a more supportive and positive work environment. The goal was to see if using this guidebook, with or without extra leadership coaching, was practical and well-received by staff. The study involved 6 VA cardiac catheterization labs and their employees to gather feedback for a future, larger trial.
