New drug combo fights rare, deadly eye cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, binimetinib and belinostat, can shrink tumors or stop them from growing in adults with metastatic uveal melanoma, a rare and aggressive cancer that starts in the eye. The goal is to see if this combination is effective at controlling the disease. Participants will take the drugs as part of their cancer treatment to see how well they work together.
