Summary
This study tests whether adding UVB light therapy to standard skin creams works better than using creams alone for adults with moderate-to-severe eczema. 316 participants were randomly assigned to receive either the light therapy plus creams or just creams for at least 3 months. Researchers are measuring which approach provides better symptom relief, quality of life, and value for money over a year.
