Summary
This study is testing whether transplanting a uterus from a living or deceased donor can allow women who cannot get pregnant due to not having a working uterus to have a baby. The trial involves 20 women who have healthy ovaries. After the transplant, doctors will help them try to get pregnant through IVF with the goal of a successful live birth.
