Summary
This study aims to understand how the experimental drug azenosertib affects cancer cells in women whose uterine serous carcinoma has returned or persisted after treatment. Researchers will enroll about 25 participants to take the drug and closely analyze tumor samples before and during treatment. The main goal is to identify biological markers that might predict which patients could benefit from this type of therapy in the future.
