Can chemo stop this rare uterine cancer from coming back?

Summary
This study is testing whether giving a specific chemotherapy combination after surgery helps keep a rare and aggressive type of uterine cancer from returning. It will involve 48 patients whose cancer was fully removed by surgery but who are at high risk of it coming back. The main goal is to see if this treatment extends the time patients live without the cancer returning.
