Summary
This study tested whether a medication called ustekinumab could help children with moderate to severe Crohn's disease get their symptoms under control and stay in remission. It involved 101 young participants who first received the drug through an IV and then through injections. The main goals were to see if the treatment was effective at reducing disease activity and to check its safety.
