Summary
This study is testing a new device called the UroMems Artificial Urinary Sphincter in women with stress incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). The device is surgically implanted to help control urine flow. The study involves 6 women and will check if the device is safe and works properly over 6 months.
