Summary
This study looks at whether a natural supplement called urolithin A can improve how the immune system responds to cancer immunotherapy. About 45 adults with newly diagnosed solid tumors (like lung cancer or melanoma) will receive either urolithin A or a placebo alongside their standard immunotherapy. The goal is to see changes in immune cells and markers, not to cure the disease.
