First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether two natural substances, urolithin A and fisetin, can improve sleep quality and reduce signs of aging in adults aged 30 to 75 with poor sleep. Eighty participants will take daily capsules of one or both compounds, or a placebo, for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure sleep using questionnaires and overnight monitoring, and check aging markers like inflammation and DNA changes in blood and stool samples.
