Can two natural supplements help you sleep better and age slower?
NCT ID NCT06990256
Summary
This study is testing whether two dietary supplements, Urolithin A and Fisetin, can improve sleep quality and affect biological markers of aging in middle-aged and older adults. Researchers will compare four groups taking either a placebo, one supplement, the other supplement, or a combination for 12 weeks. Participants will track their sleep and provide blood, urine, and stool samples to see if these supplements help with sleep issues and promote healthier aging.
