Summary
This study tests whether a natural supplement called urolithin A (MitoPure®) can improve the immune response in people with solid tumors like lung cancer or melanoma who are starting standard immunotherapy. About 45 participants will be randomly assigned to take either the supplement or a placebo. The main goal is to see changes in immune cell levels, not to directly treat the cancer.
