Summary
This study is for people with high-risk bladder cancer who need regular check-ups with a camera in the bladder (cystoscopy). The camera test is uncomfortable and can cause side effects. Researchers want to see if a non-invasive urine test that looks for cancer DNA can help decide when a camera exam is really needed. The goal is to safely reduce the number of camera exams without missing cancer that comes back.
