Summary
This study compares two minimally invasive procedures—semi-rigid and flexible ureteroscopy—for removing upper ureter stones smaller than 2 cm. About 100 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to see which approach clears more stones, is safer, faster, and more cost-effective.
