New therapy approach aims to help stroke survivors regain arm movement faster

Summary
This study tests whether focusing on one muscle at a time or using natural movement patterns works better for improving arm function after a recent stroke. Forty adults who had a stroke in the last few days will receive either isolated or synergetic muscle therapy plus standard rehab for six weeks. The goal is to see which approach helps them regain coordination and dexterity.
