Summary
This study surveys 200 kidney patients and their caregivers to learn about their priorities and challenges when switching from peritoneal dialysis (done at home) to hemodialysis (done in a clinic). The goal is to understand what matters most to them during this transition, so that future care can be better planned. No new treatments are tested—this is purely a fact-finding survey.
