First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a behavioral weight loss program to standard hormone therapy helps premenopausal women with obesity and early-stage endometrial cancer or precancer keep their uterus and fertility. About 96 women will receive either hormone therapy plus the weight loss program or hormone therapy plus usual care. The goal is to see if the combination leads to more cancer-free biopsies after one year.
