New drug under observation for blood vessel disease

Summary
This study follows 80 adults with giant cell arteritis (GCA) affecting large blood vessels to see how well the drug upadacitinib controls the disease. Participants receive usual care, and researchers collect data from medical records over 2 years. The main goal is to check how many achieve remission at 24 weeks, along with tracking relapses and safety.
