Doctors track new drug for dangerous blood vessel inflammation

Summary
This study aims to observe how well and how safely the drug upadacitinib works for patients with giant cell arteritis (GCA), a serious condition causing inflammation in large blood vessels like the aorta. It will follow 80 patients in France for two years as they receive the drug as part of their standard care, collecting data from their regular medical records. The goal is to see how many patients achieve remission, how often the disease flares up, and what side effects occur, without adding any extra tests or visits for participants.
