Summary

This study is observing how well an oral medication called upadacitinib works for adults with axial spondyloarthritis, a type of inflammatory arthritis that mainly affects the spine. About 352 participants in Germany will take the medication as prescribed by their doctor for about a year. Researchers will track how effectively the drug controls disease activity, reduces pain, and improves quality of life in a real-world setting outside of a tightly controlled clinical trial.
