University students get free emotional support in new study

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-session group therapy program, adapted for Turkish culture, can help university students manage their emotions better. About 40 students from Bogazici University will take part. The program is based on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and aims to improve emotional wellbeing through guided reflection and peer support.
