Sitting too much? study links student habits to health risks

NCT ID NCT07392593

Summary

This completed study looked at the activity levels and sitting habits of over 800 first-year university students in Spain. Researchers used questionnaires to understand how these behaviors relate to students' weight and potential muscle and bone health risks. The goal was to gather information to help identify students who might benefit from lifestyle changes and to inform future health programs.
