Off-the-Shelf cancer treatment tested in advanced colon cancer
NCT ID NCT06653010
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. Instead of using the patient's own cells, this 'universal' therapy uses modified immune cells from healthy donors. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if this approach can shrink tumors and control the cancer.
