First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study is for people with colorectal cancer that can be removed by surgery. Before surgery, participants will receive a short course of targeted drugs chosen based on their tumor's specific genetic makeup. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink or eliminate the cancer before the operation, potentially improving long-term outcomes. About 197 adults with early-stage, resectable colorectal cancer will take part.
