Summary
This study aims to see if exercising underwater is better than regular aerobic exercise for improving muscle power and quality of life. It will involve 100 women aged 16-50 who have low muscle strength, general fatigue, and a lower quality of life. Researchers will measure pain, grip strength, and psychological well-being to compare the two exercise methods.
