Summary
This trial tests whether a procedure called underwater endoscopic mucosal resection (UEMR) can safely and completely remove small type I gastric neuroendocrine tumors (5-9 mm). Instead of traditional surgery, doctors fill the stomach with saline and use a snare to cut out the growth while it floats.
