First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study aims to understand why some people develop a narrowing of the windpipe (tracheal stenosis) and how the tissue heals after laser treatment. About 40 adults with this condition will have small tissue samples taken during their routine procedure. By analyzing these samples in the lab, researchers hope to learn more about airway healing and guide better treatments in the future.
