This study looks at 130 adults with major depression and suicidal thoughts to understand how rapid treatments like Esketamine and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) change the brain. Researchers will use brain scans, genetic tests, and blood samples to find markers that predict who will respond best. The goal is to reduce trial-and-error treatment and lower suicide risk.
