Summary

This study aims to understand why some adults develop a severe immune condition called secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH), which causes dangerous fevers and inflammation. Researchers will follow 300 adults with sHLH for up to a year, collecting blood samples and medical information. No new treatments are given; the goal is to find better ways to diagnose and manage the disease.
