Researchers seek to pinpoint what 'Better' really means for menstrual pain
NCT ID NCT06835036
Summary
This study aimed to figure out how much improvement on pain and symptom questionnaires is considered meaningful to women with painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea). 100 women performed functional exercises three times a week for three menstrual cycles. Researchers used their responses to determine the smallest change in scores that patients themselves felt was important.
