First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study aims to measure how much psychiatric clients know about occupational therapy and whether their expectations are realistic. It also evaluates how well occupational therapy interns educate clients and conduct interviews. Researchers will develop new assessment tools and test them with 139 participants, including clients, interns, and supervisors. The goal is to improve health education and communication training, not to test a treatment.
