Summary

This study looks at how young people (ages 18-45) understand and try to prevent long-term diseases like heart disease and diabetes. Researchers will survey 5,000 Cantonese-speaking adults about their health habits, including smoking, drinking, diet, and exercise. The goal is to find out what young people know and do about these health risks, so better prevention programs can be created.
