NCT ID NCT05197764

First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study is observing how muscles grow and change in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Researchers will use 3D ultrasound to measure muscle size and structure, and compare this to brain scans and movement abilities. The goal is to better understand the link between brain injury and muscle problems, which could guide future treatments. About 229 children who can walk will participate.
