Summary
This study aims to understand why some people without diabetes experience dangerously low blood sugar. Researchers will compare three groups: people with low blood sugar who have had stomach surgery, those with low blood sugar who haven't, and healthy volunteers. They will analyze genetics, gut bacteria, and medical history to find possible causes.
