First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at how immune cells in special areas called germinal centers work in people with long-term hepatitis B. Researchers will collect blood and leftover tissue from surgeries to study these immune responses. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment. About 280 adults with chronic hepatitis B who need certain surgeries will take part.
